The Sexual Harassment and Assault Prevention & Education (S.H.A.P.E.) Week is brought to you by the collaboration of multiple groups and departments on campus committed to ending sexual assault in the Duke community. This week of events is scheduled for February 3-9, 2020 and will be highlighted with intervention workshops, trainings, forums, resources, and other activities that collectively aim to address problem areas within Duke’s social culture and amplify the conversation about these issues.

S.H.A.P.E. Week will conclude with a capstone event in

Page Auditorium on Sunday, February 9, 2020 from 5:30-6:30PM.

Our keynote speaker will be the 2018 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate

and human rights activist Nadia Murad.

This event will spotlight the achievements of Nadia's Initiative,

her global non-profit organization that rebuilds communities in crisis

and advocates for survivors of sexual violence.

As a whole, we want to set a framework to better address sexual assault on campus

and improve the safety and educational experience for everyone at Duke.
